Job Description

We are looking for part-time Store Associates, Cashiers, and Stockers to join our team at Aldi, one of the nation's fastest-growing grocery stores. As a key member of the store, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Whether you are assisting customers, stocking shelves, or maintaining the cleanliness of the store, you will be an integral part of our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties, process customer purchases, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, rotate products properly, and maintain merchandising displays.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
