Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker (New Store)

Job Description

We are excited to welcome a Part-Time Store Associate/Cashier/Stocker to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your direct leader.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within your area of responsibility.
• Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, and maintain neatly stocked shelves and merchandise displays as a Cashier.
• Stock shelves, rotate products properly, create excellently merchandised displays, and ensure the availability of fresh products for customers as a Stocker.
• Assist with Curbside Shopping orders and manage both cashier and stocker responsibilities as a Store Associate.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties and upholding company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
