Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and the chance to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves and ensure product freshness.
• Follow merchandising guidelines to create attractive displays.
• Operate machinery safely and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of retail products and services.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
