Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer purchases, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. As a stocker, you will ensure that shelves are properly stocked, products are rotated effectively, and the store is organized. This role requires individuals who can work collaboratively within a team environment, exhibit excellent communication skills, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately (Cashier).
• Stock shelves and rotate products to guarantee freshness (Stocker).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently or within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
• Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving (Stocker).
• Ability to operate equipment safely and properly.
