Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience of our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.
• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
• Perform cashier tasks including processing customer purchases, stocking, and maintaining neat merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, giving feedback on products, and adhering to cash policies.
• Perform stocker duties which include stocking shelves, rotating products, following merchandising planograms, and organizing inventory.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently or within a team environment.
