Patient Care Tech / PCT Med Surg

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join the Medical Surgical team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This is a full-time position with night shifts available. As a PCT, you will work closely with registered nurses to provide high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Record and report patient observations and concerns.
• Assist patients with daily tasks and mobility.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
• Perform direct patient care duties and provide clerical support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to work in multiple areas of practice.
• Preferably, two years of experience in acute or long-term care.
• Certification as a CNA, PCT, or paramedic is a plus.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy is desirable.
