Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team
• Increase acquisition and retention of personal training clients
• Facilitate personalized training programs for individual client needs
• Create an inviting and engaging training environment
• Cultivate a supportive community for trainers and clients
• Attract new clients through relationship-building
• Coach trainers on consultations and sales techniques

Requirements

• Experience in personal training and team leadership
• Strong sales and client acquisition skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
