Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Utilize EMR documentation systems for accurate recording of patient progress.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in New York.
• CPR Certification.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation.
