We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join Paradigm Rehab, where we prioritize the well-being of our patients and support the growth and development of our therapists. As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through compassionate care and professional expertise.

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments, providing direct patient care and evaluating medical conditions, functional capabilities, and rehabilitation potential.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification required.
