Casteel Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, one of Metro Atlanta's top HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical companies, is seeking a skilled Plumbing Manager to oversee the construction and maintenance of plumbing systems. As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for project conceptualization, planning, execution, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians and assistants, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Interpret and explain plans and contractual terms to various stakeholders.
• Implement quality control programs and ensure work meets quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing construction and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
