One Medical is seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our innovative healthcare team in San Jose, CA. As a part of our mission to transform healthcare, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office visits, and collaborate with virtual clinical teams. With a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and mental health, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conducting in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits.
• Collaborating with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilizing clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervising NP or PA colleagues.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California.
• Passion for human-centered primary care.
• Effective communication and technology skills.
