Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and coordinate care as needed.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly.
• Participate in care planning and ensure expected outcomes are met.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and self-care strategies.
• Maintain infection control measures and stay current on nursing competencies.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certification.
