Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care as per care plan and physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities.
• Implement and update nursing care plans, and educate patients and families.
• Maintain infection control measures and comply with regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license as a Licensed Nurse and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
• Preferred: Six months of recent clinical experience and home health experience.
