Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Assess patient conditions, report changes, and update care plans.
- Document activities and coordination of care accurately and timely.
- Implement nursing actions based on assessments and expected outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
- Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
- State-specific experience requirements may apply.
Preferences
- Six months of recent clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
- Home health experience preferred.
Skills/Abilities
- Attention to detail, time management, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Good organization and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and reposition patients.
- Physical agility for prolonged walking, standing, and bending.
- Strong visual, hearing, and sensory acuity required.
