Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient conditions, report changes, and update care plans.
  • Document activities and coordination of care accurately and timely.
  • Implement nursing actions based on assessments and expected outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
  • State-specific experience requirements may apply.

Preferences

  • Six months of recent clinical care experience as a Licensed Nurse.
  • Home health experience preferred.

Skills/Abilities

  • Attention to detail, time management, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Good organization and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and reposition patients.
  • Physical agility for prolonged walking, standing, and bending.
  • Strong visual, hearing, and sensory acuity required.
