Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As the largest pediatric home healthcare company in the U.S., we provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. If you are a Licensed Practical Nurse with a good standing license and at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, we welcome you to apply. You will have the opportunity to provide one-to-one patient care, execute physicians' prescribed plans of care, administer medications and therapies, assess patients, and promote health and provide training to family members. Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Promote health and provide training to family members.

Qualifications

• Good standing license (LPN) in the state of practice.
• At least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
