Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors/physicians.
• Document all activities, responses, and care coordination promptly.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Take nursing actions based on assessments to achieve expected outcomes.
• Provide patient education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months nursing experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Compliance with Aveanna policies, state/federal regulations, and nursing standards.
