We are currently seeking a Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuous observation and assessment of patient condition, reporting changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Documentation of all activities and care coordination in a timely manner.
• Participate in the development and updating of nursing care plans.
• Take appropriate nursing actions based on assessments, achieving expected outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience.
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
