Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, report changes, and document all activities promptly.
• Implement nursing care plans, take necessary actions, and educate patients and families on self-care techniques.
• Maintain infection control measures and stay updated on nursing competencies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as an LPN/LVN.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical experience as an LPN.
• Home health experience is a plus.
