Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to the supervisor.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions promptly and accurately.
• Participate in the development and update of nursing care plans.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience required (New Grad Program available).
• Active Nursing License in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification (Hands-on BLS).
