Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients in the home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware. In this role, you will administer medications, coordinate care with families and healthcare providers, and build strong relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week daytime orientation in Camden office.
- Experience in home health and/or Long Term Care is a plus.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
