Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses - LPN for float nursing pool positions across multiple affiliated skilled nursing centers in a specific region. This role requires a minimum commitment of two shifts per week, including weekends, with potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient nursing care while ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current State Board of Nursing license.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Proficient in English to ensure patient safety and wellbeing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
