Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care for adult patients. As a vital member of our team, you will deliver quality care, assess patient needs, and collaborate with supervisors and physicians to ensure the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home setting.
• Follow physician's care plan and document all care activities accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Assess patient conditions, coordinate care, and educate patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an RN license.
• Current CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.
• Compliance with nursing care standards and state regulations.
• Specific state and discipline requirements may apply.

Preferences

Six months of recent clinical experience preferred, with home health experience a plus. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are desirable.
