Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. As part of our dedicated team, you will be providing one-on-one care, administering prescribed treatments, and coordinating patient assessments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Document all activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and promptly.
• Develop, implement, and update nursing care plans.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs effectively.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
• CPR certification.
• State-specific experience requirements may apply.
