We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Registered Professional Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit - R4, you will be responsible for managing patient care through the nursing process, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient well-being. Your role will involve directing and coordinating nursing activities, providing patient education, and upholding professional nursing standards.

Unit Description

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Guide the delivery of nursing care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient education and support in all care-related activities.

Incentives

• $10K Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions (pro-rated for part-time).
• Evening differentials $3.00, night differentials $4.00, weekend differentials $3.25.
• Charge pay of $5.00.
