We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, assess their needs, create care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role involves direct patient care, education, and post-discharge preparation.
