Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. As part of the newly opened alternative care unit, you will be responsible for providing quality care to long-term patients awaiting placement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills, with previous experience in charge nurse roles and long-term care.

Unit Description

The Shep 3 North unit consists of 18-20 long-term care patients with various diagnoses, resembling a long-term care facility environment. Oversight of LPNs and LNAs is a key aspect of this position.
