Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The role involves triage intake, patient processing, education, managing phone calls, and ensuring patient care follow-up. AHA-BLS certification is a requirement within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage intake and patient processing.
• Provide patient education.
• Manage telephone calls and review lab/test results.
• Ensure follow-up care for patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• Prior ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• Experience in triage.
• Must obtain AHA-BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
