Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across multiple units within the UVM Medical Center. This role involves floating between different units to assist with inpatient staffing needs, offering you a dynamic and varied work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in a collaborative and multidisciplinary setting.
• Utilize your skills and experience to contribute to various units, including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
• Participate in training programs and receive support from our leadership team to enhance your professional growth.
• Demonstrate flexibility, independence, and effective communication in delivering exceptional patient care.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Possess a can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to change.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
