Exeter Center, a 81-bed facility in Exeter, NH, is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse - RN to join our team. As an RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients/residents, providing care, administering medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff.
• Communicate patient information effectively within the team.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing school and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification required.
• 1-3 years of RN experience in a similar setting preferred.
