Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and will be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. As an RN in the Med/Surg Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction. This role requires a patient-centered and team-focused approach, with a strong emphasis on safety, security, and patient wellness.

Responsibilities

• Place the patient at the center of every decision made.
• Work closely with other members of the patient care team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care following all compliance regulations.
• Demonstrate personal effectiveness by being thorough, timely, and managing time effectively.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
