Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the office setting and over the phone. Your role will involve following established nursing practices, demonstrating empathy and professionalism towards patients and colleagues, and upholding patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Attend to patient's nursing needs in the office and over the phone.
• Provide care and treatment to patients following nursing practice standards.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Strive for continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One year of RN experience required; two years in the chosen clinical area preferred.
• Wound Care Certified within 6 months of employment.

Additional Information

• On-call: Not required.
• Incentives: External candidates with 1 year of experience eligible for a one-time sign-on bonus of $10,000 (prorated for part-time roles).
