Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Stepdown - $30-48 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Cardiac Stepdown to join our team at Atrium Health in Rome, Georgia. As an RN in the Cardiac Stepdown unit, you will be responsible for providing critical care to patients of all ages, focusing on continuous cardiac monitoring and emergency care management. This role requires a compassionate individual who can address diverse patient needs while maintaining effective communication with medical staff and patients/families.

Responsibilities

• Implementing the nursing process with a focus on critical care.
• Providing age-appropriate patient care for children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.
• Continuous cardiac monitoring, emergency care management, and ventilator management.
• Maintaining strong communication skills and customer service commitment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Active RN license in Georgia or Alabama.
• ACLS and BCLS certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
