Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team at ChristianaCare. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Prepare patients for discharge and follow up as needed.
- Maintain proficiency in IV procedures.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
