Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specializing in Home Care to join our team. As a part of ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide skilled nursing care, develop care plans, and implement treatments for geriatric patients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and set goals consistent with available resources.
• Manage IV functions and ensure proficiency within 90 days of hire.
• Create discharge plans for patients.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience in the last 12 months.
• Previous experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical fields preferred.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Standard Shift: Day Shift

Supplemental Schedule: Holidays, On Call

Weekly Schedule: 5x8, Monday to Friday, Rotating Weekends

Work Location: In Person
