Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers a competitive salary of $32-58 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and supervision of LPNs and HHAs as per established care plans.
• Act as a case manager for an assigned group of patients, overseeing and managing post-acute services in the home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
• Experience in home health or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
