Genesis Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Quakertown Center. In this role, you will work evenings, nights, and weekends with competitive hourly rates ranging from $46.00 to $64.50. Position Highlights

• Report to the Director of Nursing and lead clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Genesis policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model.
• Collaborate in maintaining adequate nursing staff for safe patient care.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation, and mentorship.

Requirements

To qualify, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN license, and have a minimum of three years of clinical experience. Previous experience in long-term care and a management role is preferred.
