Job Description

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members, ensuring operational success in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, setting a customer-oriented culture of respect and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, state laws, and operational procedures, fostering a safe and friendly environment for both customers and employees.
- Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision in compliance with company HR policies and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships professionally and address customer concerns promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Drive for personal and professional growth.
- Ability to enforce company policies, state laws, and operational standards.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification (preferred).
