Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at Arby's. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of managers and crew members, ensuring operational success in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, setting a customer-oriented culture of respect and collaboration.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, state laws, and operational procedures, fostering a safe and friendly environment for both customers and employees.
  • Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision in compliance with company HR policies and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships professionally and address customer concerns promptly and courteously.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • 5 years of overall restaurant experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive for personal and professional growth.
  • Ability to enforce company policies, state laws, and operational standards.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification (preferred).
