Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Position Details

Type: Full-Time
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory levels and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
