Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves and merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory, security, and cash handling.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Knowledge of retail equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
