Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
