Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology from discovery through post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities and seek creative solutions.
• Hire, develop, and retain key talents.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and foster process improvement.
• Represent pharmacometrics in interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Administer budgets, resource plans, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Track record of successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using NONMEM, R, and other software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $220,000-$330,000
