Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Senior Director, Pharmacometrics to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead strategic pharmacometrics programs supporting oncology compounds, from discovery to post-marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs.
• Manage drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Build and mentor a high-performing pharmacometrics team.
• Represent Jazz in interactions with regulatory agencies.
• Stay up to date with regulatory guidelines and scientific literature.

Requirements

• PhD in related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in drug development and regulatory interactions.
• Proficiency in pharmacometrics software and quantitative analyses.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation

Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000 per year. Additional benefits include annual bonuses, equity grants, medical insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
