Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a talented Senior Director of Pharmacometrics to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership in designing, overseeing, analyzing, and reporting pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. You will play a pivotal role in guiding decision-making through model-informed drug development principles and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and review pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development to steer decision-making processes.
• Manage conflicting priorities effectively and seek creative solutions.
• Lead, develop, and retain talents within the pharmacometrics team.
• Ensure compliance with record and vendor management best practices.
• Maintain a network of partners and collaborators for high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven track record in successful regulatory interactions and drug approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a pharmacometrics team.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using common pharmacometrics software.
• Experience in applying model-informed drug development in various therapeutic areas.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous work in oncology is preferred.

• Total compensation package between $220,000-$330,000.
