Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join our Sleep Business Unit within the US Business Operations and Analytics department at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field force analytics and operational effectiveness, including field target planning, process optimization, analytics, and performance measurement. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills to successfully manage multiple deliverables and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Manage sub-national sales force reporting and analysis using data platforms like Tableau and Alteryx.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business decisions.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics and operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data tools like IQVIA, Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams and analyze large datasets.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in sales analytics or operations in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
