Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Neurology Account Manager to join our team in Manhattan. As a global biopharmaceutical company, Jazz is dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. The Sr. Neurology Account Manager will play a crucial role in executing local market sales plans, engaging with key customers and thought leaders, and contributing to the development and implementation of key sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market sales launch plan for product launch and sales growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and epilepsy centers.
  • Foster entrepreneurial spirit with focus on ownership and accountability.
  • Stay abreast of market access issues/trends and competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Jazz field leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze data including sales analytics, CRM reports, and customer feedback.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
  • Successful biotech/pharma product launch experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to integrate data into strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 40%.
