We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead to join Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise tasks to kitchen staff according to the positioning chart.
• Manage the flow of orders in the kitchen to optimize ticket times.
• Maintain adequate prep levels to prevent shortages and oversee food plating.
• Delegate prep and cleaning duties as necessary.
• Monitor and implement safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with management to boost team morale.
• Ensure completion of checklists and prep lists.
