Job Description

We are looking for a Specialty Sales Consultant with a focus on Neuroscience to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals' dynamic commercial team. As a Specialty Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and building strong business relationships in the assigned geographical territory. This position plays a vital role in implementing marketing strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives within the Sleep Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Educate healthcare professionals on Jazz Pharmaceuticals' products and approved indications.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to exchange medical and product information in compliance with regulations.
  • Analyze business trends in the territory to understand prescribing processes and utilize available resources to educate healthcare professionals.
  • Establish strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals to meet business plans effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners for comprehensive territory planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Specialist sales experience preferred, particularly in neurology, pulmonology, psychiatry, or sleep specialties.
  • Strong knowledge of CNS and Sleep therapeutic sales, with experience in Orphan/rare disease therapeutics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate business training preferred.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package including a base pay range of $112,000 - $168,000, discretionary bonuses, equity grants, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
