Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med Surg to join our healthcare team at Advocate Aurora Health in Grafton, Wisconsin. As an Assistant RN, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate patient care under the supervision of RNs. This position offers the opportunity to work 24 hours per week on night shifts in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care activities such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measure and document vital signs and patient data accurately.
• Participate in admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Perform various tasks related to patient care and support, following proper protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 45 days.
• Valid Nurse Aide registration.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
