Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Surgery (OR) Sterile Supply Processing Technician to join our evening shift team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As part of our hospital, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of surgical instruments and patient care equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Clean patient care equipment and provide excellent customer service.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May act as a preceptor to new staff or cross-training OR staff in Sterile Processing.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferably holds a CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
