Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate documentation of the sterilization process.
• Assist in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• May serve as a preceptor to new staff or cross-training OR staff in Sterile Processing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preference for CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
